I do not see the value in this product at all. It can’t mount to a wall/rack like other Theraguns, the tip is very soft and I’ve just never had any sort of relief or effect from using this. The Bear Post is just a far superior tool, IMO

Before I bought the Bear Post, this was my primary tool for working out kinks in my shoulders, neck, upper back, elbows and even feet. It’s fairly portable, so I tended to bring it on road trips for aches and pains. While the cane does flex a little, you can lean into a wall to add more pressure. Ultimately, pretty good for the price

I mean, it’s a lacrosse ball. I keep a few in the gym. Two that have been taped into a peanut since 2012 for upper back work, one that I use for general aches and I always keep one on the floor that I constantly use for foot rolling between sets. Other than the Bear Post, these are my most used tools for aches and pains.

This is only the second pulling harness I have ever used. It’s not as easily adjustable or versatile as the Spud, but it is far cheaper. I would not use this harness for group workouts or a competition, but for home training, it does the trick.

It does what I need it to do. It’s the right firmness for my IT band, which is the primary reason I bought it. I’ve had it for 5-10 years and it only has some minor wear on the ends.
