DIY Kickstand, inspired by Donnie Thompson’s - The Kickstand. Used for Chest Supported Rows. Adjustable if you cut a few different lengths of pipe. Gave ChatGPT my hip height, total height, and desired torso angles, and it calculated the recommended total length for the piece. Worked perfectly. Components: Rep AB-3100 Seat, Abmat Barbell Bomb, 1 1/2” PVC pipe and fitting (Formufit.com), Home Depot Pine Board & Hardware. Total Cost: <$100.

Submitted as a separate Custom/DIY piece but figure this is the closest match.

PR-5000 should be anyones go to rack. REP quality and value is on point. 26mm hole size and metric uprights allow imperial and metric attachments fit. Rep’s attachments like the Ares and smith attachment are probably the best available in 2026. No complaints.

These gymnastic rings were my first home gym purchase during COVID. I trained for the Marine Corps Basic School almost exclusively with rings and sandbags when gyms closed and was able to GSSSAYMS. Maybe the most versatile piece of calisthenics equipment. That said, you can probably get the same thing for much cheaper than Rogue’s offering. Get wood rings and (numbered) daisy chain style straps if you’re going to buy a set.

The Quadsend is a beast of a machine. Yoni and his team at Temple of Gainz absolutely knocked this piece out of the park. Super smooth, super solid, and ROM on all movements is maxed out. No to mention the delivery, packaging, assembly instructions and customer service were A1. Assembly was strenuous but straightforward. I broke the bearings on one side during assembly and had a replacement part in 24 hours on the opposite side of the country. People will comment on size, but compare the footprint to any combo of lesser quality (or the total footprint of two stand alone pieces, and it is competitive. The only change I’d want is for the leg press back-pad angle to go a bit lower for a more open hip angle. Even still, both movements surpass or meet the standard of a Nebula/Arsenal leg press and hack squat, but in a combo unit.
