Vintage dumbbells aren’t something I’ve sought out or used often but these are nice. I’ve used them at various gyms throughout the years and have enjoyed using them. The price is insane due to the vintage factor but I these are really nice, usable dumbbells.

Not sure if there’s a difference in yoga mats but we bought this off Amazon years ago and it’s been great.

I initially bought this to use at my standing desk, but I’m incapable of typing while walking. I use it not for walking while I’m on a call and can’t walk outside. Top speed is 4 mph and it has a remote which is handy. Kids love using it too.

Standard functional trainer you find in any Marriott across the country. Good way to get some work in that doesn’t completely stink while you’re in a hotel and don’t have time to check the GymRadar map and visit a Certified Training facility. It usually works fine and feels pretty smooth.

Used this at a Marriott recently and I loved it. Never really used a mat for stretching, but this was a very pleasant experience. I checked online and $95 seems steep but you can’t beat the performance.

Knurling on these is non existent and the handle was very narrow. I have average sized hands and had to squeeze the in there on the50 lb dumbbells.

Not a big elliptical guy, used this at a Marriott because all the treadmills and weights were in use and was pleasantly surprised. Really smooth and the screen was awesome. Good experience for a machine a very rarely use.

I built this off a video I saw on YouTube by Tim Kamppinen. He did a better job than I did. It’s definitely not the most aesthetically pleasing but it only cost me about $150 in materials and assembly was super easy. I really couldn’t justify spending another $500 for the black widow version which looks awesome. The lumber I used was 2x4 and 4x4 from Lowe’s. I sanded the edges and corners to make them less sharp. I used a dowel for the adder plate storage. The last time I picked up a circular saw was in high school so I’m confident that if I can do it basically anyone can.
