Used at my work gym - they have somewhat knurled handles, but just short of anything that’s actually useful. As with most/all TechnoGym kit, it’s expensive commercial equipment, wouldn’t recommend for home use, much better options out there.

No issues at all with these, had some of them since the first garage gym build in 2020? And added more in 2025 when I moved to a new place with a larger garage. Absolutely zero damage to the previous garage floor after 5 years of deadlifting on them, with loads up to 240kg.

I’m a big fan of block pulls, especially in the lead up to a meet, as it allows me to feel the weight of max loads in my hands without the same training stress of doing so from the floor. These blocks do just the job for that. Build quality not the best, one of them is now looking pretty battered on top.

Still the only rack I’ve owned, but I still feel it holds up alright compared with others I’ve used elsewhere. It marks up pretty easily, so after 6 years it shows the effect of hundreds of sessions it’s been used for.

I rarely use them anymore - they were fine, and they’ve held up well over the years, but I prefer a cup with a less pronounced lip for the unracking and racking process.

A big improvement on my first bench, which was an adjustable one and fairly wobbly under higher loads (that are still small loads for most lifters!) - this one is plenty solid enough for me. But I still really notice a big difference when benching on a true powerlifting standard bench.

Nothing particularly wrong with them, pretty standard rubber dumbbells, I bought a pair of 30kg. But…I bought them in the first lockdown in 2020, so they were inordinately expensive. Much better options available.

Bought this for myself as a 40th birthday present. If you’re a true gym nerd then you probably enjoy numbers. If so, velocity tracking is likely to be very interesting to you! It is expensive, though, and I think there are now cheaper alternatives on the market. It can also be quite buggy at times, turning off and resetting mid-set, which is really annoying.
