Kentucky basement gym dweller. Massenomics certified training facility — 1st round. Second coolest Brandon in a basement, by far. The gym began in 2018 with the understanding of his wife that it would be a simple 4-post power rack, a barbell, flat bench, and a few hundred pounds of weight. That soon changed to searching Marketplace and buying equipment to make the best tiny strength facility he could afford. In the beginning, he would buy whatever budget item he could to get the job done. He always strives to favor the movement over equipment. He’s now at the stage where space is very limited and he’s upgrading things one piece at a time.

This is a good adjustable bench. It’s stable, easy to adjust, compact. Exactly what I need for my space. I use adjustable benches pretty sparingly, only for a few accessories here and there, so it’s hard for me to get excited about adjustable benches. This one does the job and has a good look. Took about 15 mins to put together, instructions are great. I do wish it was 12” wide like my comp flat bench. Otherwise it works fantastic.

Exactly what I needed. Without these the Rhino would be just fine but these do keep the paint from chipping on the trolly and just add some protection to your investment. For the price, definitely worth buying.

I have two pair of these. A 12” pair in aluminum that I use for my arc cable attachment and the 18” steel pair I use on my Rogue Rhino. Awesome build quality, feels great in the ol mitts

This is a pretty slick rack. If you want a super strong rack that has a great finish and don’t care about spending more than some other options this is for you. Easily holds all of my kilo plates and is solid as a rock. I also like that it tucks away in a corner and doesn’t take up a ton of space overall. I will say, the shipping cost was outrageous and am too embarrassed to even say how much. Overall, glad I picked this up. They also have used racks that are a bit cheaper if that’s your game.
