Kentucky basement gym dweller. Massenomics certified training facility — 1st round. Second coolest Brandon in a basement, by far. The gym began in 2018 with the understanding of his wife that it would be a simple 4-post power rack, a barbell, flat bench, and a few hundred pounds of weight. That soon changed to searching Marketplace and buying equipment to make the best tiny strength facility he could afford. In the beginning, he would buy whatever budget item he could to get the job done. He always strives to favor the movement over equipment. He’s now at the stage where space is very limited and he’s upgrading things one piece at a time.

This gets the job done. We have an older model at work. It’s nice to have something to get more volume in where you don’t need to load a bar on your back. The one we have adjusts at the back pad and foot plate. Foot plate is also nice and large. Overall, build quality is a little jank but this piece has been around a long time before there were really nice solid options for something like this for home gyms.

Great bands. These are along the same quality of Elite FTS, which I consider to have the best bands in the game. We use exclusively Rogue bands at work. Have never had any break and these last for several years in the non temperature controlled environment of our apparatus bay gyms.

Well well well. What can I say. Keeps my drinks safe in their own way. Durable, desirable, sexy. 1st ROUNDER

These weren’t for me. I still have them but have no use for them. Way too long for my liking when I squat. Knock on quality too just because the shade of metal between the two are way different.

These are fine for what they are. They marked up when in use and compared to the rogue ones (also in photo) they definitely feel a bit cheaper. But performed just fine. I did not use them for anything but powerlifting movements so they stayed in decent shape.
