Perfect for what I was looking for. The two holes that bolt to the power rack upright are elongated so they will fit with any hole spacing. The extension part has alternate four-way hole spacing for attaching things either vertically or horizontally. Each extension has two black widow spider emblems to add some flair to the piece.

Can't go wrong with these vintage plates. Clean design most people find pleasing to look at. Hard to find anything to dislike about them. A little bit thinner than true deep dish with the 45 lbs being 1 5/8" thick. Good hole tolerances.

It's a common mistake when choosing between different product options to go with the one with the most features. I thought all these grip placements would be useful. Instead, I never loved the arrangement of all the grips. The other thing that didn't work for me with my low ceiling was getting a full range of motion without hitting the ceiling because this pull-up bar sticks up higher. If I tried flipping it upside down it hangs too low and gets in the way. A straight pull-up bar is the way to go. If I want to add some variety I can just hang handles from a regular pull-up bar.

My favorite collars. Lightweight collars with great clamping strength. They are still holding strong after 4 years. Fairly priced with the quality of the collars compared to the alternatives in this style. Worth spending the extra $5 - $10 for these.

As of this review, there are 14 items Arm Assassin sells that takes these handles. So right there you're getting a lot of uses for these handles. I even use the Napalm Handles for DIY dumbbells by feeding a 1" threaded rod through the center hole of the handles, adding plates, then fastening the ends with bolts. The main uses for these handles would be for the Napalm Nightmare and One Hand Napalm Nightmare.
