I have the older version of this machine in my garage - inner and outer weight horns and a single handle set up. I find that no rowing movement compares to this kind of machine with my arm length. I can't really load a barbell as heavy without feeling it in the low back and feeling like I'm not accomplishing anything at appropriate weights. This machine lets me load heavy, get a great range of motion either seated or standing, and single or double arm. It takes the low back out and lets me overload the row movement way easier. Been looking for one for years and really excited to have finally been able to add this one. Like all hammer strength, it's very over built but not too large. The newer ones have the multiple grips and cost way more, but I wasn't willing to spend the $4,000 hammer strength wants. I've seen a few used for a solid price, if you can get one, they're worth it and hold their value well.
