Got the 20lb for less than 20$ on sale. Is weight that you can wear. Great value for bodyweight exercises or making hiking harder than it needs to be.

I have the older version of this machine in my garage - inner and outer weight horns and a single handle set up. I find that no rowing movement compares to this kind of machine with my arm length. I can't really load a barbell as heavy without feeling it in the low back and feeling like I'm not accomplishing anything at appropriate weights. This machine lets me load heavy, get a great range of motion either seated or standing, and single or double arm. It takes the low back out and lets me overload the row movement way easier. Been looking for one for years and really excited to have finally been able to add this one. Like all hammer strength, it's very over built but not too large. The newer ones have the multiple grips and cost way more, but I wasn't willing to spend the $4,000 hammer strength wants. I've seen a few used for a solid price, if you can get one, they're worth it and hold their value well.

This is an all time best machine made by rogue, got mine used for around 1500 and it has been used countless times for lower and upper body training. This has the best experience of any belt squat I've used for different exercises like belt squat marches, loaded pull ups and push ups. It feels just as good as the pit shark I use at work, but drops into a rack much easier and handle adjustments and the like are much easier. It's bomb proof, I got mine from a commercial gym that went a different direction, so it's had plenty of work done on it. This is a fantastic machine for getting jacked and strong, especially if you find it cheaper used.

Gotta know what you're getting here. This does what it is supposed to do - allow you to change the angle of a curl to emulate a preacher curl with a pad. I usually do dumbbells with this in the lap, but you can put it on a bench or kneel behind it on some kind of box too. I find it helps me add variety and works really well with some form of cable or digital resistance. For the price, it was a low cost add that has reasonable versatility and takes up minimal space.
