Love these as well as Aperture engineering - I completely blacked out my rack (nuts, bolt heads and bolt threaded ends). Also capped off my Rorman Megalith handles. A useless investment - yes. That’s why I docked these on “value”Do these make you stronger- no. Are these for OCD individuals - yes, guilty!

These are your average band pegs, no way to prevent bands from sliding off ends, no attachment point for bands, need a plastic washer to eliminate scratching your rack. And the finish is not durable at all, scratched by just looking at it 😂. But that is a non- issue, I could care less if basic utilitarian pieces like this scratch. I prefer my Sorinex band pegs because they have a carabiner attached to secure bands.

Who doesn’t love a pair of nice nuts in their hand? Especially in this instance, some Stainless Steel knurled beauties like these? They are expensive but supporting a small U.S. company and awesome individual - Rory. I use them to affix my Mutant Metals handles into my belt squat. These and the Rogue Knurled Nuts are the only two nuts for my bougie self.

Love these, I use these on a number of attachments that are both permanent fixtures on my rack (like weight horns) as well as items I temporarily mount on my rack. It’s nice that they have an affixed acetyl washer so as to protect the finish on your rack. They are expensive. The other option that I use are the Rorman Strength SS knurled nuts.

I got multiple pairs of these from 15lbs through 80lbs. They are very well made and KB Kings will have sales throughout the year. The powder coated handles take up chalk very well. The handle proportions are good. My only complaint, which is characteristic of most bells, is that they start chipping and then subsequently showing signs of rust. That’s why I went with SS handled bells with a urethane coating.

These are inexpensive compared to Rogue and are durable. I customized mine by adding red to match my REP PR 5000 rack. There is no wiggle or play either with mine. At this point I use two sets of these to hang bars off of the back bottom of my rack.

This is a more bougie Tricep rope for $55. The end caps are comfortable but the functionality is identical to any cheap Tricep rope that you can find on Amazon. I just wanted to support Ivanko and have a more well made option. I love it. I still have and need a long version too that you will see in the picture (that is from BOS)

I love this for balanced push-ups. Between this and the “NeuroGrips” push-up T handles - it makes for adding challenge and recruitment of accessory muscles. This is a solid hunk of aluminum and the knurling in this is crazy aggressive- identical to a Rogue AGGRO3 barbell. So some people might not like that aspect, but I love that about the Hammerhead “bites like a shark”. At $250, it’s a pretty expensive push-up aid I’d say.
