I really love this floor ghr for its small footprint. You can easily stand it up and move it around your gym on the wheels. Its nice and skinny when its standing up so its easily stored to open up more space in your gym.
As far as performance, I feel like this ghr is actually harder than your standard version. The reason being that there is a flat pad below your knee which limits the amount your knees are able to drop during the movment. This makes it almost like a mix between a ghr and a Nordic curl. Add in the ability to use bands with the band peg holes and you've got a great piece of equipment for someone trying to save space in their home gym.
