I use these exclusively on my pull-up bar - they offer more pull-up grip options. In my garage I don't have the ceiling height to use full size rings for pull-ups at this time. If you have the space to use full size rings - then those might offer a better value for you. Compared to other solutions to this same specific problem though, the price for the quarter rings isn't that bad. They just have a very specific use case.

I got this on sale to use on my Monster Lite. Landmines in general add a lot of versatility with a small footprint and price. I appreciate that this one was inexpensive but also had plastic liner to protect the barbell sleeve. It seems like several other brands don't offer that (at least not for 5/8 racks). I keep it out of the way with a magnetic hook from the hardware store.

I use these on my Monster Lite. The design lets me put 45s on my flat foot rack in a position that is lower than I could set the bolt-on pegs (due to the way the holes on the side line up. These were a good price and they hold weight (I usually store 4 45lb bumpers on each).

I have had these about a year and mainly use them for bench press. I am a big fan of these. I was looking for sandwich J-Cups that would fit on my Rogue Monster Lite rack and were also less expensive than the Rogue sandwich options. I think these were on sale and they seemed worth a shot. Seems like they have more of their surface covered in plastic compared to a lot of other designs. Features I like: - More narrow than standard J-Cups - Full plastic coverage on J-cup - Recessed bolts holding the plastic on - Able to lock in place with a mag pin - UHMW on the front and back of the interior (not common on 5/8 rack attachments) - good size "landing area" which i prefer for bench press Note: I got the PRX mag pins, which I use to lock these in place. I usually use Fringe mag pins but they were too long to work for this. I wasn't sure how they would hold up and I have roughed them up a little bit in the past year - but they have held up as well as my other J-Cups (Rogue monster lite basic and Ghost Rollers)

This is my favorite specialty bar that I currently own. It was a great value for the price and offers a good alternative for straight bar squats. I have the V3 of the import version and have no issues with the design of the bar. I read that this version was updated to fit better on wider racks (like Rogue's) and this bar works well on my Rogue rack. The pad is comfortable too. The build quality is fair for the price. I don't mind the plastic handles but I wouldn't call them fancy.
