Yeah, it sucks. The i will give some credit to the build quality but not too much because, again, this thing sucks. However, if you're looking to not spend a bunch of your hard earned money to store your plates and two barbells, maybe consider this one, but there are definitely far better options at around the same price point. I ended up giving this to my neighbor who was starting out his own home gym.

This single pulley has served, and continues to serve, it's intended purpose. It's cheap, comes with a crappy loading pin which I replaced with a Titan Loading pin, and it works great. I only use this for movements like a Lat Prayer Row or Vogelpulls since my Rogue Slinger doesn't have enough cable travel to accommodate those movements. If space is an issue, I highly recommend this piece.

It's a great loading pin for super cheap so I'm giving this a 5 star all the way through. It does what it's meant to do and there are multiple applications for having a loading in. Grip work, cable work, you can use this to smack a would be robber in the face, and it stores quite nicely. One gym on here even has his stored on his wall control which is exactly how I store mine. Shout out Big David's Garage Gym.

Yay bands. Yes, they hold them. They hold them good. Also, they're great handles for Hatfield Squats. I've also used them for Belt Squats as handles and even tinkered with them for neutral grip pull up handles. Pro Tip - Don't use them for neutral grip pull up handles.

Humbling. Not super big into grip training but grip training in very fun. I'm a believer in "deadlifts train everything" including grip so if I can rip a bunch of weight off the floor, my grip must be good. Hard nope. And these grip trainers proved that my grip can use a lot of work. I have some of the lighter ones at work so in between tasks, I'm squeezing me a few Captains of Crush sets. I keep the heavier trainers in the gym. The knurling is amazing and the build quality is perfect.
