My kids use it for box jumps. It's stable enough for them. For a bigger adult, I'd probably try a bigger box. I use it more for sitting around in between heavy squats than anything else these days. For that, it's perfect. The foam is strong and has not lost its shape and the outer cover has held strong as well.

You never know how things will go when you buy them in Amazon. At $40 a bag, these are a steal. Maybe not as high quality as Freedom Strength or Cerebus, but close enough for my needs. I have been throwing these 14+ feet in the air and landing in grass. No problems so far. Will be buying a 3rd in the future.

My sandbag experience is pretty limited. I've used the rogue ones a couple of times and I have an old brute force training bag. But what i know for sure is that these freedom strength bags are top notch. I've already put a good beating on them and then ate holding up nicely. The build and stitch quality is far above any other ones I've seen. Highly recommended.

For the price ($400 shipped and with a promo code) you can't beat it. It's essentially a clone of the rogue one. Very easy to assemble. Adjusting the height is a little tricky but I pretty quickly found a technique that works for me. The "knurl" is pretty passive, so I would recommend putting grip tape on the bar.

For a first barbell, it's perfectly fine. It's very basic and gets the job done. The knurling is very passive and the collars spin okay. It's no Texas Power Bar.

The only way I'd own this bench, is if someone gave it to me and even then, I'd still upgrade ASAP. We had these at my firehouse and they wobble, the pins don't line up properly, and I've seen the pin pop out while someone was Incline benching. I'm sure they've upgraded the build quality in recent time, but I'd still tell you to buy a different bench.
