Not very good. It worked when I was stsrting but there are better options out there.

It was an okay bench I liked it just wanted something differnt. But I would consider again if I was stsrting over.

They make storing all of the attachments you probably dont use easy.

Thwy work well to hold a variety of items. I just got mine and I am very happy with them.

You need to get these if you have or want lever arms. They take an eh piece of equipment and make then into basicaly any machine you could want. Pair then with the megalith handles and a gym pin adapter and your golden.

Its a tricep rope and the extra length is nice for excercises you need to get back behind your body.

The build quality on this is much nicer than the rack I got a few years earlier. They have made big leaps from what they were when I got my first titan piece.

A nice upgrade over the straight bar that comes with the rack. The powder coat is a little slick so I put tape on to help with that. But other than that its great.
