Great bar for my wife. She has used this to work her way up to a standard barbell or to use it for warm ups. Not much else to say other than that if you need it you need it.

I love this bar. Between this and the standard strength co bar, this is my go to. I primarily use it for squatting and deadlifting. The knurling is perfect, aggressive enough but not too harsh. Any less aggressive and I’d be disappointed. Unless you’ve got soft/sensitive hands or have never lifted before, I would not let the knurling scare you. I think you’ll come to love it. Been using for over 2 years with no maintenance and it been great.

I’ve got 2 of these racks. I did not purchase them so I’m not sure how much they cost and I don’t think they sell them anymore. But I believe these are a more budget rack. Regardless, this is actually a great rack. Had to buy new j cups as the ones that come stock suck. Pretty solid overall due to the 6 post design. Pins work great. Hole spacing is good at the bottom. Perfect height to be able to load the bar on the bottom and then unload off cups to the floor. Hole spacing at the top is lacking though. I’m pretty tall so I’m almost maxing it out for overhead presses. And I can’t do pin presses in or out of the rack because of it. For being a “budget” rack, this thing is pretty good and I haven’t felt a need to upgrade to a high end rack yet.

I wouldn’t have bought this had I not found it on Facebook marketplace for $50. But this is pretty awesome and I love having it in the gym. Build to survive a nuke. I like that it adds some extra organization and storage for bands and collars. I just think it’s a great addition to the gym and replaces my $5 goodwill plastic chalk bowl.

I really like these collars and their ease of use. Quick to put on and take off. I don’t really like the kind that have to slide onto the bar from the end. I pair these with the strength co bars and plates. As some others have mentioned, they do fall off occasionally on deadlifts. But honestly not super often for me. Plus if you turn them a bit after locking them on it also engages the rubber a little more and snugs it into place. The rubber does wear down after some time and eventually renders it inoperable which is reflected in my rating. Note that this is after nearly 2 years of continuous use. HOWEVER, I did not know that these have a lifetime warranty. I actually discovered this after seeing Grants review here. (Thanks gym radar!). Now knowing that, I will have to send them in to get repaired and they’re be good as new. Star ratings to try and be objective, but these are great and I would highly recommend them.
