I was pretty surmised by this. Good build quality, and both movements felt solid. A few little custom modifications I made made this even better when I had it. Good piece for the price.
This is like the Honda accord of pec decks. It does everything decently well, but not amazing. Built extremely well and will last forever. Most people will probably go to this out of familiarity than something like a line version, so it’s a great addition to any gym.
One of my favorite calf machines. Great stretch, comfortable, and built to last forever. This is a classic and if you can get your hands on one definitely scoop it up if you have the space
Not horrible, but pretty average in just about everything. Feels okay, but plenty of much better options out there and I’d see no reason why any gym would have this over the many others out there that are superior.
Probably my second favorite selectorized chest press behind the prime hybrid. Great convergence, lots of adjustability, built like a tank, and feels amazing.
Overall a super solid hack squat. No adjustability, but it really doesn’t need any. Very well built, affordable, smooth, and good range of motion. Can’t go wrong with this.
The best back extension I’ve used that is a standalone unit that isn’t a pin or plate loaded machine version. Price is way too much for just a back extension though.
