I’ve never been a huge fan of shoulder presses machines as they have never felt great with my should mobility, but out of all of the ones I’ve used, this was the best. Terrific prime build quality and adjustable resonance profiles.

Arguably the best selectorized chest press there is, along with the MedX chest press. Feels amazing, and the foot assist is a major plus for me and something I believe all chest presses should have.

Top 3 combo unit you can get along with the Nautilus Nitro and Cybex Eagle combos. While this doesn’t have the adjustable back pad that the other two do, it does have the adjustable resistance profile so you can fully dial this in to what feels best to you.

This and the hamtractor are top of their class for seated hamstring curls. I have a hamtractor, so I’m slightly biased towards that. Used them back to back last weekend and you could easily make an argument for either one of them being the best there is.

Great addition to any of the prime seated row machines, that are already the best you can get before you add this!

In my opinion, this is the best seated row there is. You can hit lats and upper/mid back. Adjustable resistance profiles. If you have the adjustable chest pad you’ll have even more adjustability. This slightly edges out the plate loaded version for me.

Works perfect, easy to install, and does exactly what it is intended to do.

Great build quality, and perfectly does exactly what it is meant to do. Really no negatives or ways to improve this.
