I got this as part of shoulder rehab workout. It really works the stabilizer muscles and is better than the spinning balls on a stick as there is more weight and I cant accidentally hit things with it. Its great for shoulder rehab and also for warm up for overhead lifts.

It like a cross between stick mobility and bodyblade. I bought it to help with mobility and joint health. I find that the oscillation is helping with my left shoulder pain and bending the bar in a good morning position gives a great lat stretch. I use it every day for the last week to rehab my left shoulder.

We bought this to replace an old Octane Q45e and to save on space. The form factor is great and the build is better than the Proform HIIT. The steps are not as deep as the Proform HIIT but good enough. Because the unit is lighter it does not feel as stable when I go fast on it; not an issue for my wife or some one smaller. The proform has the same issue with stability but I guess this is the problem with the smaller HIIT/Eliptical/Stepper. We have 2 of these type of machine so we can work out side by side like we use to at LifeFitness.

I bought this Jan 21 cause C2 bikeerg was sold out. You can hook this up to Zwift which was one of the reason I got it. My brother wanted his kickr back so I need an replacement. The Aircycle performs well and just as smooth as the Bikeerg and is a great substitute. The added magnetic resistance is a plus. The console has color but does not have the data tracking capability of the PM5. The seat that came with it sucks so I replaced it. The q-factor is 167 which is acceptable where as bikeerg is 155; this probably wont matter to most people are not cyclist.

This is the middle of the road for club and mace. For that that wants a longer lever but are low ceiling dweller this is a great fit. You can do all the club work out and mace work out with the arc. Its a faster swing than mace so more conditioning. I would not pick this up as the first thing for lever training as club is the best to get for your first item.
