I’ve been running many versions of a garage gym since 2015, when I bought my home. I started when I did CrossFit, then on to powerlifting and strongman, and finally now the gym is centered around hypertrophy training. I’m always rotating out equipment now, as I am 2 years away from full retirement from firefighting and living out my dream of opening a gym. There’s other equipment in storage that I haven’t even used, other than after I put them together and did a dry run. Other equipment I do have is either the mainstays, or I’m currently refurbishing before it ends up in storage. Now there’s one more thing I use my garage for and that’s my leatherwork business. Yes, I basically do the same work as the much more famous but less handsome Chris from Beltfed. I’ve been doing that for well over 6 years, but you never heard of me as I hate making content. But I promise it’s great quality and give me look @thirdcoastleatherworks_

Overall a great bench. The vinyl is nice and grippy. The ladder system has some of the tightest tolerances I’ve ever seen, making feel more secure. The folding head pad is very clutch for an shorty bench and for preacher curls. And the overall aesthetic plays to the 3x3 w/1” hole look. The only negatives are the wheels are way too undersized and the vertical stand part sticks out far to the point I’ve tore my ankle on it a few times.
