This is the first pulley system I ever had, and I was able to complete about twenty exercises from my initial workouts!
It's really the foundation if you can't get a pulley machine, or if space is an issue; it's very compact. It has a 100kg weight capacity, which is more than enough. The swinging motion definitely needs improvement, but it's a great starting point for getting into pulley systems.
Awesome! It literally changes the grip for pulling exercises! Neutral grip, supinated grip, pronated grip—it's really cool!
I use it for lat pulldowns, rows, Romanian deadlifts, and landmine exercises.
Among my first Amazon orders, I never imagined I'd gain strength with them!
I went from 4 reps to 10 reps with bodyweight exercises by adding weighted belt exercises with 10kg-20kg weights.
I wanted a cardio machine, and I'm not into elliptical trainers. I like this treadmill, even though I don't use it enough, I admit.
But it's sufficient and has its place in my home gym!
If only it could be raised slightly and support more weight, that would be great
