This is the first pulley system I ever had, and I was able to complete about twenty exercises from my initial workouts!
It's really the foundation if you can't get a pulley machine, or if space is an issue; it's very compact. It has a 100kg weight capacity, which is more than enough. The swinging motion definitely needs improvement, but it's a great starting point for getting into pulley systems.
Awesome! It literally changes the grip for pulling exercises! Neutral grip, supinated grip, pronated grip—it's really cool!
I use it for lat pulldowns, rows, Romanian deadlifts, and landmine exercises.
