I primarily use with chains. Works great for conventional bench and squat but eventually replaced with a 3 ft leader chain since I couldn't use it for low to the floor movements without putting the chains on the floor.

Works fine for what it is. Upgrade the carabiner to the next biggest size at home depot or lowes for best results. 20 usd is kinda steep for the product

Great value and great price. If you want a cable system accessible in your gym this is the cheapest option! 5/8 hole sizes make this compatible with lots of attachments in the market you'll just need a spacer. Super easy to convert to lat pulldown via Amazon (buy a pulley, threaded rod and leg pads)
