We were once a public mom and pop hard-core gym for 6 years. We endured every possible setback with one of them being covid shutdowns after only being open our first year. We survived the more than double increase in commercial rent after covid, we survived the freeze from 2021 here in Texas, and we survived the power grid shutdown in 2024. We inevitably closed when my second daughter was born and immediately needed surgery after birth. She then spent 1 month in the NICU and her future care needs and attention were uncertain. With that me and my wife made the decision to close in August of 2024 to put our family first. I kept most of the equipment as long as I could, but we bought a house in late 2025 and most of it just didn't fit luckily, I leveraged a lot of it to help build the now garage gym. I hope you enjoy and follow along as I attempt to do justice to its memory in the garage. The iron battlefield was once a commercial gym now kept alive in the garage! Our slogan was "Let's go to War!" and that's what I plan to do.

I owned 2 of these when I had my public gym and they were great more than enough power for what mostly anyone needs. We definitely had multiple 700 plus pound squats done in one of these back then. I now have a 91 inch and a 82 inch version strung together and attached to a Yukon fitness functional trainer on each side to simulate a rep Hyperion. This rack is great! Justice for 2x3 racks!
