Decent all around competition kettlebell. One negative this is there is essentially a loose metal ball or balls inside some of them that make an obnoxious ting every rep. Have owned since 2013

I have have 3d printed j cup protectors on several pairs of Rogue Jcups between my monster lite and monster days. Awesome way to add some color to your gym and help keep from bashing your expensive barbells into bare metal.

We had this sled for a few years, wish it had uhmw on the bottom of it but overall it worked fine. Not really better or worse than other sleds I used with this design Owned 2018-2020

I owned about 1,000 lbs of these around 2017 before upgrading to York milled plates. They are very hit or miss on weight accuracy, you will have a good porting of them at a decent tolerance but when I saw some of my “45s” weight in anywhere between 42-47 lbs I knew it was time to move on. Good plates if you can get for 40-70 cents alb used. Wouldn’t buy new.

The Rogue USA Olympic collars are probably my favorite barbell collar. My friends have a hard time with them as they mange to get their fingers smashed by the release mechanism somehow? The original aluminum color ones are the least snappy but in my opinion work the best, the 2 pair ceramic coated colored ones are a bit more snappy and less user friendly. But overall still the strongest collars I have. Purchased in 2021

The original OSO collars before they were bought out and re branded by rogue. I have owned the orange pair for a decade and picked up the green pair a few years ago in a deal. In my opinion these or the predecessor to rogue USA aluminum collars. Biggest knock on these is from people that don’t understand there is a 2 part process to open them up to remove and add to the bar sleeve. First you unclamp it and then have to apply a bit more pressure to fully open it. Above average hold strength. Purchased in 2016

This Anti slip Velcro piece from ab mat is just what I needed in the cellar, i personally don’t mind a non stick or slick pad but some of my training partners do. So when my buddy who bench’s nearly 500 lbs was slipping all over the places and had to put bands on the bench I knew it was time to find a solution. Had this on my Christmas wishlist and the wife came through and got it for the gym. Haven’t had any issues leaving iron for long periods of time and it’s quick to add / remove or adjust. Gives just enough surface to keep your upper back locked in place Purchased 2025
