If 100 lb plates are your thing these are a cool option. I owned a few pairs years ago and just never found myself using them so sold them to a local gym owner and I still see them getting used regularly today

I have used a few different homemade or custom fabricated circus dumbbells of varying degrees of quality. Have seen some propane tank ones I’d steer clear of and some very quality ones. My local gym had a couple custom fabricated ones and they get the job done as well or better as name brand ones.

This pairs with the hoist bench as a must have add on if that’s your next choice. I owned it for a couple years before upgrading to a dedicated machine. Not worth the price new. But good value if you can find this and the bench for under $200 like I did years ago.

I bought this bench used as a way to have a leg ext / leg curl option. Overall the bench was ok but not great and I could never justify the new coast of what I consider a sub bar bench.

I own a similar pair of these gifted to me by my friend MWPIG. They are neat but I just can’t get the hang of using them.

Nice addition to any HomeGym. Fun easy way to get some core work in. Just be careful you use it in the right direction or the clutch will freeze up and kick back into your face. Purchased new in 2017

Not a great bow bar but still better than that turd titan sells. I used this many times at a buddies gym. I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy this but if found cheap, go for it. Used 2017-2020

I have seen and used a few different home made power racks in my day with the most bad ass one being the one pictured about that’s inside a public gym called The Garrison. In this day and age with how much is available I’d never recommend making your own rack but if you’re big into that kinda thing go for it.
