Active Duty US Air Force, Professional Natural Bodybuilding World Champion (3x), Natural Bodybuilding Hall of Fame, personal trainer and coach, Husband, and Father. Started my garage gym obsession in 2017 with a cheap 2x2 rack from a local high school. Now, the gym has evolved into a more than capable facility with some unique pieces. Currently have 12 barbells if that tells you anything. The gym grows as I grow (or the other way around).
