I have this latpulldown at work and it's ok if you're tall you may need to lean back to have full range of motion. Also when doing biceps if you don't stand on the machine it will fall backwards! It was a marketplace find and for the price (130$) it gets the job done.

It's a good axle bar it's well priced and delivery was quick. Took a star of the build because it's hollow but doesn't change much. C'est une bonne bar axle a une bon prix. La livraison a été rapide. J'ai enlever une étoile car c'est une bar vide mais l'utilisation n'est pas différente.

Good latpulldown works well but the bumpers at the bottom always stick and fall during set. Bon latpulldown fonctionne bien mais les pare chocs au bas des rodes colles souvent et finissent par tomber durant la série

Good spotter arms they don't take much space on your uprights and are versatile. I flip them up and put mutantmetals handles and it does a budget lever arms. Good for shoulder and chest press. Only down side is the safety pins that come with them are hard to take off.
