Holds the thing well. Costly, heavy, definitely get the shelf liner.

This thing costs too damned much for what it is. I realize it’s a small shop but with shipping this was north of $500, the wrong parts were sent on one side, and there’s no way to store a barbell or additional weights going the other way. Should’ve just went with Rogue on this. Had the step version but it wasn’t sturdy, and I wanted red colored.

This really helped me recover from a serious neck injury a few years ago. Typical C2 quality and hardly takes up any space. It’s just really boring to use for long periods of time. I sold it to free up funds. It wasn’t getting any regular use from me and my family ignored it too.

This just isn’t for me. I don’t like rowing. It hate it. It makes my back feel shitty. My form breaks down after 1500m, no matter what I do. I’ve bought this, sold it, bought it, sold it. I never want to row again. But if I ever did row again, it would be the C2. It’s me, not you.

This is a very lightweight bench. I purchased it prior to covid and didn't keep it very long. It was a light, flimsy thing, and I didn't feel comfortable with heavy loads, not to mention my feet were always bothered by the front legs. Typical Rogue price, not typical Rogue quality. Skip it.
