This thing is great. Ive been wanting a rower but didnt want to spend the money for a concept 2 or Rogue echo. This feels similay and great for what I use it for the differences between them are not a big deal to me.

They are carabiners and work great dont see why you would really spend more for anything else.

Its a carabiner not much else to say it works. Wouldn't go out of my way to buy it if I didnt get it.

Not something needed but is very nice to time breaks and also for interval cardio.

Just got this to replace a really cheap one. The slightly wider wheel makes it easier to focus on your core instead of the stability.
