Cool item. I sold as in a basement my ceiling was too low to swing. I wasn’t brave enough to use outside.

I don’t use as belt squat attachment but love this for Landmine rows. Makes most attachments fit easily.

Sucks they stopped making them. Balanced and smooth. Not the cheapest but worth the money.

Basic jack. I use two and love the small footprint. I do eventually plan on a full size jack.

I don’t use them much as intended. I have found that they work well to separate the plates on my SquatmaxMD to help separate the plates.
