The absolute top tier premium Farmer carry handles. Grip is bare steel and there is no problem gripping especially with chalk or tacky. They advertise the capacity as being higher than any human being could conceivably handle and I believe it, these things are completely solid and take up quite a bit of space. Only complaint would be pricing, I was incredibly fortunate enough to find these on Facebook marketplace. It would be difficult to justify their price in a home gym. For a regular gym or for competition though, these bad boys will outlast your lifespan. I have a lot of different weight plates and they all fit from calibrated tight fitting plates to looser cast iron no issues. Weight is properly centered. My purchase included the connectors to make these a single unit and they work well. I brought these to a community military event for use in a competition and they were very well received, empty they were plenty for many people. All mike bartos equipment I have used so far has been top notch in quality, these are no exception.

Great piece of gear for tricep pushdowns and curls. I got it in swamp green and it really stands out. Good for building grip and as a variation beyond standard stuff. Surface is grippy enough.
