My name is Mike King-Bryant. I operate a design/ build construction company out of central Kentucky. I have a beautiful wife, and 6 children (including a set of triplets). I have had a bench and weights since probably 2010, but I started my original home gym around 2014 with an Amazon squat rack and bumper plates doing strong lifts / starting strength. In 2021 I started slowly upgrading equipment and trying to recreate the movements I could do in a commercial gym at home. My first big purchase was the PR-5000 with Athena and lat pulldown… it’s sort of just grown and evolved since then.
