This was my fist cardio piece. You can almost always find them cheap second hand <$100. They’re solid and get the job done. I mostly used mine for warm ups and occasional conditioning focused workouts but ended up selling it because I just didn’t use it much

I used to have the X2 version (2x2 5/8 hole) version. They worked ok and were a pain to store but now I have the Y dip style and much prefer that.

Nice little grip training tool. Cheap enough to that it’s not a big deal if you rarely use it. Mostly a fun change of pace for things like curls and rows to challenge your grip. I also use mine to protect my bands from sharp barbell knurling when doing banded deadlifts.

Your basic foam roller for a great price. It’s surprisingly firm, I only wish it were a little longer. (To be fair that may well exist as an option, I just picked the cheaper version years ago)

These are the basic safeties that come with most squat racks. They are cheap and will keep you safe if properly set. But they are a pain to adjust especially if you have multiple attachments. I prefer straps or spotter arms. The included picture shows how I most frequently use them. Some unique uses that straps and arms would struggle with are isometrics and adjustable height reverse band supports
