The price and free shipping is a huge plus for these plates. Plus they offer military/first responder 10% discount. Great quality and USA made. Definitely an under valued brand.

For the price and to start out, this is a fine bench. It’s light weight and does the job. Will say at above 6 feet and 250 pounds, Ive used it to get the job done but I am definitely upgrading and retiring this bench.
