A very nice, relatively low profile leg press. Your best bet is secondary market with someone upgrading to a monster machine that’s 4 times bigger but half as functional. This one is a hidden gem!

Solid angle and for whatever reason I see more of these come available on secondary market my way than any other angle - must be people hate inclines. Large footprint, large setup. In my space we went with a jammer and drop an incline bench into the jammer for a reasonably close simulation to this machine. I like to visit it when traveling and incorporate into accessories.

Well built and while I normally whine about hammer footprint, this is a reasonably compact piece by their standard. A pretty solid curve and position, it would be a great add if you have space and one comes open on marketplace. I don’t think a cable is a fair comparison for it, but is certainly a more space conscious choice

Really well built, and like all hammer equipment, a really large footprint. Likely not the best option for a home gym given the footprint but well worth the visit when you find. If you have a larger space and can pick up and dedicate the square footage, it won’t disappoint. Great strength curve, good body position, accommodates a wide array of body types.

It’s a very specific piece, but doesn’t take up a lot of room. I revisit it when I find or when I go to a few specific locations. If I found one priced right used I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up, but it’s not a piece I’m going out of my way to chase down to add to my space.

A solid commercial piece to use on visits, but even if one was available used I could never justify in a home gym unless it was 3k+ on square feet. It has a nice feel, but I don’t know that it is so far beyond other lat pull down machines that I could justify the footprint. Strap a MAG wide grip on the lat pull down and all I’m missing is ability to go ISO

A really nice solid bumper for the price. May not have the fanciest name or logo in the game, but the weights do what you want at a solid price. An easy ‘buy’ if you’re in the bumper game.

A really nice piece that incorporates great stability work into your training. I knock for a few reasons - it’s extremely pricy. The 300lb limit can be a restriction. And frankly for people who are nowhere near that limit, it’s touch to beat double wall DIY PVC. Yeah - I’ve heard all the “safety” on PVC but I’ve had 300 on my PVC homemade and it felt just as solid as an Bandbell product but was more challenging. Great pickup at used prices, I would never justify new. If not for Rogue Garage sale, I’d still be rolling PVC!
