Started as a Rogue Monster squat stand in 2017 and upgraded to a RM 390F after a call to Rogue. 24" works for me although I can see how more space between uprights could be nice. I have Rogue monolift 2.0 arms and it makes lifting alone a dream. I use the safety straps over the pins (own both) for most lifts. Some wiggle with dips attachment, but no big deal.
