Strength and overall fitness enthusiast that has been passionate about having a home gym since the 20teens and after moving a few times made the basement of power a reality in 2020. This is still a work in progress but it is well outfitted for high level powerlifting training or general strength training.

When it comes to storage items for the gym the most important thing to me is navigating price and the foot print that it will take from the gym. It serves it purpose well and I honestly should get another one soon.

So just like all old plates from back in the day these will definitely get the job done. I came into ownership of a full set of these from my cousin that was cleaning out a shed for a friend of his and I couldn’t pass them up. I don’t think they are too rare to be honest but I do like the aesthetic and history it adds to my gym.

This is a true representation of when we used to be a proper country. This thing is beefy and dense not like the plastic husks they make today. The fly wheel feels so smooth and has a really nice turn dial for the resistance. I did modify mine by getting pedal adapters for cycling shoes and I also changed out the seat post and saddle so it’s kind of a Frankenstein bike now. However the quality of it as a whole really stands the test of time.

These are pretty high quality tall Parallettes that serve a lot of purposes in the calisthenics space. You can do deep pushups, L sit and planche work handstands stuff it’s endless how versatile these are as a piece of equipment. My only gripe with them is they will loosen over time and you need to use an Allen key to tighten them but other than that very solid stuff

This is a nice add on for the rep bench giving one the ability to do decline sit-ups and I’m sure some other exercises. My only gripe with it is the upholstery isn’t really as good as their other products I’ve seen and mine tore slightly at the seams on one of the rollers. It’s not terrible if you make sure to spin it so it’s not on that side and could possibly be just a defect with mine and not others. Use case is great though so I definitely recommend it.
