Hi there! I’m John. I’m a former Division I college athlete who fell out of shape due to a very stressful job. A friend encouraged me to starting lifting weights (which I had never seriously done before) at 51 years old as a way to help deal with the pain of my father passing away. I really didn’t have a clue when I started in 2020. My friend put me in touch with Sagi “Beast” Kalev who couldn’t have been nicer to me and I started on Body Beast which really was a great way to kickstart my lifting journey in 2020 with minimal equipment. Since then, I’ve bought and sold new and used equipment and pretty much maxed out all available space! lol I also have tried Starting Strength and was on Future for about 3.5 years. I’ve let myself go (again) due to a variety of factors over the last eight months and am considering documenting my journey back to fitness on YouTube in hopes of maybe giving someone a good nudge like my friend Steve. I do hate social media which is why I only have a link to YouTube here. I first got 225 lb bench at 56 years old and hope to get back there and beyond. I’m also a huge Notre Dame fan! GO IRISH!

I’m sorry to see that some others here haven’t had the experience that I’ve had. I bought this as a refurbished unit directly from TrueForm. This is VERY different from running on a motorized treadmill. It definitely takes some getting used to and you have to pay attention at all times because: 1) you can’t just coast as you’re doing all the work and 2) it takes much more coordination to run on this. I know this because I sold my motorized treadmill to help finance this purchase. Very happy I challenge myself with this treadmill.

Great value above all else. Are horrible to move around and I don't even bother trying to cut these. I put in locations where it will accommodate a full mat or forget it altogether. I put one in the driveway to jump rope on but that was a mistake as it ended up getting caught in the snowblower...twice and was a total nightmare to get out. Lesson learned! Take it in for the winter!

Beautiful build quality. Works pretty well but it's pretty expensive for what it is.

Purchased this after Titan redeemed themselves in my eyes with the Squatmax MD. I really like having a plate-loaded lat pulldown/low row but the low row cable always feels like it's rubbing against something even though I thought I was very careful during the assembly process. The assembly instructions were typical Titan (not great) and some of the hardware seemed to by the wrong size. Overall I'm very happy with it, though I wish I could fix that cable issue in some non-painful way. I classed up the weight stack with some Plate Snacks decals.

These work very well in conjunction with my VTS Lite (thanks Patryk...and Coop!) They ensure that the trolleys won't be knocked loose and fall down and serve as excellent safeties when I use the VTS for incline bench press.
