It's pretty good for lateral raise and chest flies. It's a bit annoying to setup and dismount everytime. If you have a dedicated upright for it it would be ideal. Also the two arms are not symmetrical on my unit wich is a huge PITA.

Really good value for money. Similar to REP's but way cheaper.
