The 🐐 of Adductor/Abductor combo machines due to ROM and ability to adjust the resistance profile. Only potential con is footprint.

The Prime Leg Combo combines two of Prime’s best leg machines into one. Both movements feel near identical to the standalone units without compromising either of the movements. The ROM and ability to adjust the resistance profile is what sets this piece apart from all competitors.

This is the modern day version of the Nebula Leg Press, considered to be one g.o.a.t.s The combination of being 35 degrees vs 45, having an angled footplate, and 3 part back pad/seat vs 2 allows for maximum depth vs any other leg press on the market. Having a built in calf block for calf presses also makes this machine multifunctional. Only potential con is footprint as it is a massive piece of equipment.

This is a real sleeper piece. It’s actually heaviest at the bottom and lightest at the top which is optimal for hypertrophy and opposite of a dumbbell lateral raise. It has a relatively small footprint and costs about half as much as the other super high end top two competitors (Atlantis/Newtech). The only con I could see is that there is only two height settings to choose from vs having an adjustable platform like the aforementioned contenders.

One of the absolute g.o.a.t.s Super versatile with swivel handles so you can dictate which portion of the back you want to bias The ability to manipulate the resistance profile to make it heaviest in the stretch and lightest in the contraction is optimal for hypertrophy Setup may be considered a con as there is a heavy sticking point to start the first rep so I recommend starting while standing and sliding down into the seat to get into position
