I'm 38 years old, Dad of 2, electrician. Started lifting in middle school when i started playing sports. Lifted throughout high school and that was basically it. When i finally got my own basement, i setup my first home gym, a powerhouse squat stand with a plate loaded functional trainer style trolley, bench with a leg developer and preacher pad, Olympic barbell, 245lb weight plate set, and 1" plate loaded dumbbells. I didn't use it long and it collected dust for a long time. To be continued as i have more time.
