Just a guy obsessed with home gyms and equipment. Started my basement gym in 2022 and slowly but surely transformed it into what it is today. Inspired by my dad who had a home gym growing up and showed me a thing or two. His old lifting belt from the 80’s hangs prominently in the gym.
