I can’t give this good marks for value because they’re stupid expensive per pound. And they’re also stupid unnecessary. But they’re also cool AF so why the hell not, right? Do they make me stronger? Hell no. Do they weigh what they’re supposed to? Do they look sweet? Am I happy to have them? Yes! Yes! Yes! If you’ve got nothing better to spend $50 on, you could do worse than this. PK - take my friggin’ money.

These are ABSOLUTE garbage. I can see if I paid $10 on Amazon, but at the retail price of 4x that? No effing way, capisce? I don’t feel as bad since I got them on sale for $20, but even so. Okay, so they feel cheap out of the box. But the worst part is that they don’t close over a regular barbell. They tighten. But I got them so that they could be used on a loadable dumbbell, since they’re only 1” thick. Well, I wouldn’t trust them since I can’t get them to close fully. I could send them back, I guess. Not sure what I’ll do. But such a disappointment and waste of money.

This performs the same as the ones from Amazon that are half the price. I get paying up for getting it from the creator or buying local or whatever, but there's nothing special about a thing like this and there is not perceived value for me buying this over something exactly like it on Amazon. I get that others want to buy American (and I'm all for it when it makes sense to me - but I have a Chinese phone, right, oh, and you do as well, homie, don't forget that). So, I ended up getting rid of this when I needed to free up wall space, and kept the Amazon one I'd bought instead. Because the one good thing about overpaying for Rogue is that the recovery on initial cost is somewhat better than Amazon.

I've got a number of these single arm handles (Rogue, Bare Steel, Rep, etc.) and this one in particular has them all beat for doing flyes and tricep pushdowns. The girth of the shaft fits snug in your hand whether you're jerking down or side-to-side. Seriously, though, it's the right length and width for maximum comfort when doing these exercises. If I could only own one of these handles, it would be this one. Knurling is legit sharp, so be careful if you're one of those folks.

This was a decent machine, able to do both biceps and triceps. The issue with it was it was a little jerky when getting to the end of the movement. Typical Tuff Stuff quality, nicely finished, good padding and vinyl.
