My workout journey has been a Rollercoaster. Going from a gym rat to a lazy POS. In the summer of 25 I decided to take the dive into building a home gym. Its one of the best decisions I've ever made. The convenience is awesome along with community that comes with it. Bucks has a group of guys that get together for lift nights. Just a bunch of greasy dudes in their 40s yelling at each other for the most part. The gym includes 75" tv for watching Power Unlimited and Westside vs the World, plus a fire place to set the mood. Most of my equipment was purchased on Amazon but I have definitely wasted half a lifetime on surfing marketplace. The one piece of cardio I have sees more dust then sweat. I dabble in the vintage weight world but it is a subpar collection to say the least. Love my space love the community and feel privileged to be a part of what the Massenomics Crü is. LHLE!
