It's quite expensive but this piece will outlive me. Each handle weighs about 42 lbs unloaded, and the loading sleeves (where the plates are placed) are 14" long, which allows them to hold about seven 45 lb plates per side. That equals 315 lb per side, giving each farmer handle a total capacity of 630 lb. For a pair, the combined weight capacity comes to approximately 1,260 lb. Good knurling and sleds that are nice on my unfinished basement floor with carpet. It's also top loaded so it protects your plates. Check them out if you are interested the only con I see is the price but it is heavy duty so I guess I get it.

I got the wide pad version (14"). This very well is a copy of the REP Blackwing FID bench. It's Canadian so I love supporting local businesses, but this one is heavy duty weighing around 128-144 lbs, it's stable and comfortable to press on. Canadians check this one out!!

This is a really good barbell from a very underated Canadian brand. I would compare this to REPS open trap bar. It's 56 lbs empty and a joy to use. 84" tho so it's rackable and long. I recommend this so highly, knurling is just as good as my REP Colorado bar.
