I was shocked to see this listed in the Gym Radar equipment list. It just goes to show you that getting big and strong does not judge what weights you use. I have 45 pounds of P Lightning plates that I use with old dumbbell handles from time to time. I have some oversized IronMind handles that these are perfect for.

I have bought several of these on the secondary marketplace. I currently own (1) pair 45's, (1) pair 25's and (3) pairs 10's. I prefer the handles on the Intek over the Iron Grip. I also like that they are round. The Iron Grips do not roll and are also not good for deadlifting. The finishes are excellent and have a great feel for handling and durability.

As with nearly all Rogue products, this is rock solid, but seems expensive. I have it configured with plate storage on the bottom, angled dumbbell rack, flat rack and wall balls on top. I also added pin posts for change plates. Really nice solution.

I own the 5 inch and 8 inch. Currently I have the 5 inch installed in my gym and it houses my Crossover Symmetry, Jump Rope, Small belt for guests and dumbbell handles. It is rock solid and the branding is very cool. Little pricey, but not out of line with other Rogue equipment.

Love the Sorinex 3x4. I opted for Bare Steel. I have used the Sorinex and the Arm Assassins in competition and they have a different feel. Depending on the seasoning and the environment (humidity, etc) I cannot say that I prefer one over the other. I like the Sorinex brand and the welds are first rate.

I bought a variety of hooks that seems to work well. I could stand to buy some more, but it is working for now and the set up is crowded. They do not always stay in place well.

Well worth the money and looks cool in my gym. I installed them in a basement gym directly to concrete and it was a very painful and dusty process. But once in place it looks great. I use it for my grip stuff and a few odds and ends. I went with (2) panels.

I really like these grippers. They have an excellent feel and I like supporting Canon PowerWorks. I own the Tin, Zinc and Silver and that is a good weight range for me. I certainly do not need any of the heavier ones.
