For my gym these were a must have. There is nothing exceptional about them, they just do the job they were designed to do… holding my 10’s, 5’s, & 2.5’s. Given that BOS is Imperial I wasn’t sure they would fit my metric rack. However, I was pleasantly surprised. They fit my Fringe Sport Dane 2.0. They have the right amount of of UHMW to protect the rack. I do recommend these.

The Titan Fitness wagon wheels have been a great addition to my gym. Due to arthritis in my lumbar spine & hips, I can’t do a standard deadlift anymore. The wagon wheels made it possible for me to deadlift again. I have owned mine for over 7 years now, and they are still in great shape. I use them weekly. My son has also deadlifted 600+ lbs. multiple times with no warping issues. However, if they are abused, they can bend. When I purchased mine they cost half of what Titan charges now. At the price I paid, I highly recommend them. At their current price, sadly I can not recommend them.

The Acacia band platform by SSF is a great training tool, if you do band training. I can see it becoming an integral part of The Dragon’s Den. It comes with the platform, grip tape, and pads for the feet. It has a carry handle that can double as front facing attachment point for bands, or resistance equipment like the Rayofi GoTone. The Acacia wood is very sturdy and handles my 250lbs with ease. The edges that actually make contact with bands are rounded & smooth. However, I would probably still recommend getting SSF’s band protectors, as well. The only negative is a personal preference. I would like it to be just a bit larger. To recap: Great product from a great company. I highly recommend it, if you do or want to start adding band training.

Vintage appeal from a 2026 pair of USA forged 45 lbs plates. They not only have the look, but also the feel of old school deep dish plates. That unmistakable clang, that makes deep dish plates so desirable is definitely there. Very glad I added these to my gym. The only negative is, they are expensive, because of that, I can’t recommend them to everyone. Fuller Barbell does limited runs of these awesome plates.

I can’t recommend these enough! Quality built, and very sturdy. I hate the way a TRX handle feels in my hands, but love how rings feel (more natural.) So much so, that I purchased a second set of just the rings to use as cable D-handles. I normally use them like a TRX system, but I have also used them for pull-ups & ring dips. I’m 250lbs and they support me with ease. The built-in carabiner system, and numbering makes them easy to change, and move around your gym. They’re also a great option to take with you if you’re traveling. Finally they are very cost-effective, for the amount of different workouts you can do.
