I upgraded to the Nighthawk primarily so I can add attachments like a leg curl/ext at some point, but was blown away by how much nicer it is than the AB-3000. Far more stable, pad is stiffer and grippy, and while its not light it is easy to move. The little details like knurled pegs and handles really pop too.

I have 3 of these spread around my house for convenience and use them all the time - in the gym, the office and the home theater. You can't afford not to have them.
