These worked in a pinch to practice for the Saxon. The issue is the feel is not at all like what the actual bar feels like. These will squish a little more than the real bar.
These fit my rack just a little loose but they do not change the functionality. Use these for single leg squats, back extension and even set it up for leg ext and leg curls with my cable stack.
This machine has been a great tool to use in the gym. I love the band pegs that I can use for other movements. Only drawback is the pad has broken and will shift forward a small amount while in use.
I love these so much. I have switched to using these for most lifts that I don’t drop the weight for. I dropped 400 pounds once and the collar took the brunt of the weight and still work.
