Very simple product that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Lightweight and easy to move...3 heights and its somehow ridiculously strong... not only do I use it for SSB Box Squats on DL day but it how I coach my kids when squatting shows them where depth is and gives them confidence to sit back in the squat...every gym needs one...unless you know you Leg Press 1RM...

Typical overbuilt Rogue Product...Very solid bench, if you get the bench spend the extra and get the fat pad, spotter decks and some roller j cups...I went with the Titans...they're amazing for the price...this set up makes set ups and hand offs perfect. Do you need a bench this solid probably not but, if you have the space and you're ready to bench outside of your rack...this gets the job done amazingly well.

Solid weight tree. Very well built. And the wheels will roll on stall mats...I wish there was a rating for customer service because that's where Vulcan looses a ton...Got this tree was in stock and shipped quick...the problem was when I went to order a 2nd one for my pound plates I ordered on back order...nearly a year of waiting for a product that "expected next week"...finally canceled the order and it took another month to get a refund...good product if you can find it in stock...

I purchased the scholastic 45° back extention months before the G3 was available so it was between this and the full on crazy version for hundreds more...its a very solid unit and I don't regret purchasing it...but, if I was buying today I would go G3 and get the split pad.

I know there's all kinds of knockoffs out there that will save you a buck or two but it's not that much to buy the real deal. That being said I was on the fence for awhile on buying this that's until I got to use one at Big Ray's gym for the American Classic meet...purchased it the next day...I have since purchased a shorter one for rows also...just love these bars.

Back when COVID hit and the gyms closed like everyone else I was scrambling to put together a small home gym...like everyone else I couldn't find any pound plates in stock...luckily Eleiko was stocked and ready to ship...so I lift the big 4(I count military press too) in kilos. Pound plates are reserved for machines in my gym. And an added bonus is when I go to put in my openers on meet day...Its all kilos in my head no conversation needed. So...a plate is a plate...these are thin and exactly what they say they are...if I was building a gym today would I go calibrated kilo plates? Maybe not...but I'm certainly not changing back anytime soon.

This leg press had the smallest foot print of the units available a couple years back when I purchased it...Found it on sale for $1000 shipped...I love leg press as a accessory movement on squat day and it was one thing I missed when transitioning to home training. The unit is solid and quiet the sled weighs 60lbs empty and has a claimed capacity of 1000lbs...I will say at 500lbs loaded and my 250lbs of old man gristle it is rock solid...it was a no brainer 2 years ago with all the choices today I don't know if this would still be my 1st choice...but its still one of the smaller units out there.

Only Squat bar I've used but seems ridiculously solid,as most Rogue products. Knurl is perfect and the extra length of the bar keeps you from slapping the rack on the walkout. Full stainless bar is perfect for a garage gym in VA where humidity can get pretty high.
