This thing is probably the most useful piece of gym equipment outside of a rack and barbell. I found one used on marketplace for a great price so I don't know how it ships normally but used it's an even better price. At 6' tall I can still get a full stretch on lat pulldowns and it gets wide enough for a decent cable fly. The low row footplate is in a weird spot but I just use the leg roller so I can do these on a bench and get off the floor. I would like a dedicated lat Pulldown/low row with a weight stack but even then I would probably keep this as a functional trainer.

They're solid. I use it with calibrated plates and an IPF spec bar and they're useful for adding change plates for ascending sets. The magnets are just ok, it would have been better if there were 2 instead of the single one at the top since it tends to rotate.

I got mine as part of a black Friday deal so as far as value for myself, its a 5 star, but at retail it's probably a 3. On sale its a 4. Personally I like that the center knurling is the maximum length even if it is a bit less aggressive than some of my other bars so it's become my go to for higher rep deadlift work. Mine is less of a wine color and more of a dull copper, great look but I don't really care what my bars look like. It's no longer "IPF approved" but it is IPF spec if that matters. Tolerances are not as good as my TSS or the Eleiko bars I've used but more than good enough.

Its a great bar. A fantastic value for a stainless steel bar and its great that this is whats used at most of my USAPL Competitions. The knurling is very aggressive, sometimes a bit much especially when doing high rep deadlifts, but great value. While one of them broke during a USAPL regionals comp I haven't had any issues with quality so I won't knock it until I have an issue with something.

This treadmill works fine but its incredibly frustrating that you have to pay a membership just to connect it to streaming apps. Without the subscription it's basically just a regular treadmill that tracks a few metrics. I do not recommend this brand.
