A little bigger and thicker than the 1.25lb plates. I had one pair but bought another pair. The gym I work out at has 10lb jumps in dumbbell weights above 50 lb. I was trying to progress on farmer walks and 10 pounds was too much of a jump. These were perfect for making that jump. Great product

They worked really well for normal dumbbells, but when I upgraded to Powerblocks, they didn’t fit and sat unused for a long time. The springs are still strong and don’t show any hint of giving out. But if your grips/handles have any knurling, be careful with the painted versions - the paint will grind off pretty easily.

These plates work great! But make sure your dumbell handle has the room needed to use them. I have an average size hand and they work well for me. The quality seems to be very high and the price reflects this.

The added utility these provide are more than worth the price. The build quality is exceptional and in use, they remain secure and unobtrusive. The powder coat and spring seem quite durable, showing no signs of wear.
The shade of purple is also lovely.

This is a great piece of gym kit! It allows you to buy 10lb increments and still get the 5lb jumps without taking up twice the space.
My only complaint is it’s harder to re-rack when they are on the dumbbells. Not a deal breaker as the value supersedes this. I have larger hands and these do take up a little extra room on the handle but not enough to make it a problem.

Great tool if your dumbell are only in 10lb increments or if you're trying to really maximize linear progression

Great tool to reduce the number of fixed dumbbells needed in your gym. They are expensive but the value stays high considering the amount of money they save on additional dumbbells. I wish they were slightly thinner, but I think they have done the best they could at reaching that.

These are great if you have fixed dumbbells. Very well made and do exactly what they are supposed to do. Now that I have Reppins I have no use for them, but they were great when I used them!

I use these a fair amount. Love the ease of use and the overall quality. The price point is the only downside.

I love how they give me 2.5 jumps between dumbbells now and with heavier ones, I can buy in increments of 10 instead 5. They might be expensive at first, but it's cheaper to buy this than increments of 5 dumbbells
